Stephanie Sara, MInstLM, MAC, DipITEC, is an Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) Level 7-qualified Executive Coach and Leadership Mentor and Director, Business, Executive & Personal Development Coach, and Leadership & Management Specialist & Trainer at Ship to Shore Executive Coaching Ltd.  She is a Member of the Association for Coaching and the Institute of Leadership and Management.  


She lived and worked in California, USA, for over ten years and now lives in Sunbury-on-Thames, Surrey.  Stephanie loves helping individuals and organisations bring their ideas to life and achieve their goals by providing coaching support in the following areas:

Stephanie has a relaxed and friendly style of working and her top priority is to put people at their ease.  Having worked with over seven hundred small and medium-sized business leaders and strategic decision-makers in London and the south-east of England since 2005, as well as with not-for-profit, international, public, and social enterprise organisations, Stephanie has broad, cross-sector experience and strong business operational knowledge.


Stephanie has worked as a registered and approved GrowthAccelerator coach, providing expert, tailored advice to help ambitious businesses achieve rapid, sustainable growth, and also a registered leadership and management consultant with the Manufacturing Advisory Service (MAS). GrowthAccelerator and the Manufacturing Advisory Service (MAS) were a part of the Business Growth Service, a government-backed service which offered support to businesses with the potential to improve and grow.


Helping to deliver the Leadership and Management Advisory Service to Surrey business leaders and strategic decision-makers within the South East region of England was Stephanie’s remit within her role as a Specialist Leadership and Management Advisor.  She conducted leadership & management training needs analysis/skills gap diagnostics and designed bespoke training solutions to help meet identified needs.


In her roles as Business Link Advisor, Train to Gain Skills Broker and Business Development Advisor, Stephanie helped small and medium sized businesses to analyse barriers to their business goals, including organisational skills gaps, identified specific solutions and planned their implementation. She used business diagnostic tools to assess businesses and created tailored action plans, also brokering to training providers and referring to other business support organisation partners.  She account-managed a large portfolio of clients and reported accordingly in alignment with government audit requirements.


At SRI International’s world HQ in Menlo Park, California, Stephanie held a Research Analyst role and was instrumental in establishing I-4 (International Information Integrity Institute), an information & computer security multi-client project, interfacing with representatives of more than sixty large international corporations and government agencies and coordinated administration of eight international forum meetings.


She trained as a stress management therapist & consultant practitioner with the International Therapy Examination Council and the Association for Meridian Energy Therapies.  Her volunteer experience includes hospital radio programme presenter/broadcaster, member of a local school association, and helper at a local over 60’s community club.  Stephanie has also studied art and music.
